Liphatech Helps PMPs “Block” and Tackle Rodents

No matter how complex or challenging a rodent control problem is, count on Liphatech to help solve it. With its entire family of mini blocks, Liphatech gives PMPs choices and solutions to effectively control rodents amidst a variety of infestation scenarios.

To control house mice, Norway and roof rats, Generation®, BlueMax™ and Maki® mini blocks are formulated with second-generation anticoagulants, while TakeDown® II mini blocks harness the power of an acute rodenticide. Across the block family, each Liphatech mini block is designed with rodent gnawing edges and a center hole for holding securely in bait stations. However, each product in the block family has its own unique benefits.

Generation Mini Blocks

For nearly 30 years, PMPs have chosen Generation mini blocks for the effective control of rodents. Generation is formulated with Liphatech-exclusive active ingredient difethialone. Generation blocks (20g) contain appealing whole grains and seeds for natural feeding preferences in rodents.

Bluemax Mini Blocks

BlueMax mini blocks (20g) are a good option when long-lasting bait is needed. BlueMax, also formulated with difethialone, contains preservatives as mold-inhibitors. Bait lasts even in humid conditions such as those found in food processing and commercial accounts. Palatability, along with a low crumb and scatter formulation, helps BlueMax control rodents. A blue marker dye is also included in BlueMax and can be seen in droppings.

Maki Mini Blocks

Maki mini blocks (1-oz.) are palatable and can be placed in bait stations either indoors or outdoors for maximum baiting flexibility. Made with grains and a peanut butter flavor that is attractive to rodents, Maki blocks contain the active ingredient bromadialone and are paraffinized for moisture tolerance.

TakeDown II Mini Blocks

TakeDown II mini blocks (14g) with bromethalin help PMPs obtain faster results than anticoagulant rodenticides when fighting anticoagulant-resistant rodent populations and heavy infestations, especially those in commercial settings. The first dead rodents may appear as soon as two days after a lethal dose of TakeDown II is consumed.
